To become a member of CHECCS, you must do the following:
1) Print the folllowing forms:
a. CHECCS Member Registration Form
b. CHECCS Statement of Faith
c. CHECCS Policy on Community Schools

c. CHECCS Policy on Community Schools
2) Complete the Member Registration Form and sign
3) Read and sign the CHECCS Statement of Faith
4) Read and sign the CHECCS Policy on Community Schools
5) Give all three forms, the dues ($15/family/year), and the building use fee ($25/family/year) to our treasurer, Christina. Checks can be made payable to CHECCS. OR, send all three forms and the check, to:
As mentioned on our "About Us" page, our Sign Up Day for the co-op year is in early May each year. Some teachers may take additional students past that day, but all classes will close no later than July 31. If you wish to join the group after July 31, then your students may participate in gym class, field trips, and special CHECCS events. As a member, you will then have the opportunity to sign up for the following year's co-op classes at the May Sign Up Day before any one who is not currently a member.
